It's the first Real World Wednesday of 2022 and Q4 of 2021 was definitely a challenge to show up here. Consistency was my word for the year and although I didn't master it, I experienced levels of it throughout different areas of my life that I had never reached before. I showed up for myself every day in different ways and learned that consistency is not perfection.
